Bob

Bob Teittinen joined Litchfield Bancorp in 2011 as a senior vice president and
chief lending officer. Bob is a 27 year veteran of banking and is known locally
for his expertise in helping mid-sized businesses with commercial lending. Bob
is responsible for growing the bank’s commercial loan portfolio and overseeing
the bank’s commercial, residential and consumer loan portfolios. | |
Prior
to joining the bank, Bob was senior vice president at Union Savings Bank and
throughout his career has worked at regional banks; Banknorth, Webster and
Shawmut. He also spent 11 years in the private business sector, which he
considers an invaluable asset when it comes to commercial lending. A resident
of Litchfield, Bob plays an active role in the community. This includes his
induction into the Chamber of Commerce of NW CT’s Hall of Fame in 2008. He
currently serves on a number of boards including the Chamber of Commerce of NW
CT Foundation, Naugatuck Valley Development Corporation and Easter Seals of
Greater Waterbury.

Paul McLaughlin Commercial Lender, Senior Vice President

Paul McLaughlin is thoroughly familiar with the workings of Litchfield
Bancorp. He started his career at the Bank as a teller in 1990 and was soon
promoted to customer service representative and mortgage originator. Paul was
then named manager of Litchfield Bancorp's Washington office in 1995 and, two
years later, was promoted to assistant vice president and manager of the
Oakville office. | |
As vice president for retail banking, a promotion Paul earned in 2002, he
became responsible for all sales and marketing – including training, product
development and customer service – for the bank's five-branch network. In 2005,
Paul completed a program at the highly regarded American Bankers Association's
School of Bank Marketing and Management. In 2009, he was named senior vice
president at the bank. Paul is an active community volunteer. He served as
chairman of the 2008 United Way fundraising campaign for Northwest Connecticut
and continues to reflect the Bank’s deep commitment to community service.

Nancy Garfield Commercial Lender, Vice President

Nancy joined Litchfield Bancorp in 1999 having served previously as an
assistant vice president and in a number of other capacities during her fifteen
years at BankBoston. In her current role as a commercial lender and vice
president at Litchfield Bancorp, Nancy is responsible for business development,
credit analysis, commercial loan underwriting, legal documentation, and
portfolio management. | |
She also serves as collections manager for the entire bank portfolio,
including both consumer and commercial debt. A graduate of UCONN’s MBA program,
Nancy is active in the community as the chair of the 2009 northwest CT chamber
of commerce WOW forum, a corporator of The Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, a
member of the board of directors of the Center for Cancer Care Fund, as well as
a number of other area charities and nonprofit organizations.

Margret Warner Business Development Officer, Assistant Vice
President

As assistant vice president, Margret is responsible for new business development
and business services for the five Litchfield Bancorp offices. She is a
specialist for the Command Biz and Remote Deposit Capture products. | |
Margret serves as manager of the Litchfield office and as the sales coordinator
for Connecticut Mutual Holding Company, a partnership that includes Litchfield
Bancorp, Northwest Community Bank and Collinsville Savings Society. Margret
joined Litchfield Bancorp in 2000 as branch manager for the Washington office,
after working for the American Bank of Connecticut. In 2005, Margret was
promoted to assistant vice president. Margret is active in the community serving
on the Chamber of Commerce of NW CT’s board as Program Chair, an advisor to
Leadership Northwest and Jr. Leadership, both northwest CT chamber of commerce
leadership development programs and has served on the United Way fundraising
campaign since 2007, most recently as co-chair of the major firms division in
2011. She is also member of the Litchfield-Morris Rotary Club, a service
organization, after serving in various capacities for the Washington Rotary club
for 10 years.
